Contribution to Springer Nature Research Volume
The Foundation for Innovation and Research – Malta (FiR.mt) is pleased to note the publication of the Springer Nature eBook Intelligent Communication, Control and Devices, a peer-reviewed volume bringing together contributions from researchers working across intelligent systems, communications, automation, and emerging technologies.
The publication has been released by Springer Nature and is now available through the publisher’s global digital platform. The volume was co-edited by FiR.mt Chair, Brian Azzopardi, together with fellow editors and contributing authors from the international research community.
The publication reflects the growing importance of interdisciplinary approaches that combine communication technologies, intelligent control systems, and advanced devices to address contemporary societal and industrial challenges. The collected works showcase research and innovation activities spanning academia, industry, and applied research.
This book focuses on the integration of intelligent communication systems, control systems, and devices related to all aspects of engineering and sciences. It includes high-quality research papers from the 7th International Conference on Intelligent Communication, Control, and Devices (ICICCD 2025), organised by the Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering, School of Advanced Engineering, at UPES, Dehradun, India, during June 19–20, 2025. The topics covered are a range of recent advances in intelligent communication, intelligent control, intelligent devices, and sustainable technologies.
Commenting on the publication, Brian Azzopardi noted that international scholarly collaboration remains essential for strengthening research capacity, facilitating knowledge transfer, and supporting the development of innovative solutions across sectors.
