Welcomes to our International Business Intern from Vilnius University

  • Oct, 01, 2026

FiR.mt is pleased to welcome Emilija Venckute, a fourth-year International Business student at Vilnius University, who has joined the Foundation in Malta for an internship supported through the Erasmus+ programme.

During her internship, Emilija will gain practical experience in organisational development, digitalisation, research and innovation, while contributing to FiR.mt’s ongoing organisational and research activities.

Her work will include involvement in digital transformation, stakeholder engagement and information management, as well as supporting research projects, events, communications and reporting activities. This will provide first-hand experience of the day-to-day operation of an international research and innovation organisation.

The internship provides an opportunity to complement Emilija’s academic studies with practical experience in project management, digital systems and organisational processes, while working within an international and multidisciplinary environment.

FiR.mt values opportunities for international knowledge exchange and the development of students and early-career professionals. Through mobility opportunities such as those supported by Erasmus+, students can gain valuable experience in different organisational and cultural environments while contributing their own perspectives and skills.

We look forward to working with Emilija and supporting her professional development throughout her internship in Malta.

Welcome to FiR.mt, Emilija!
