All participants attending on-site lab visits, networking, or social events are required to sign the liability and indemnity agreement.

While everyone is allowed to take photos and videos of the visual inspection and activities, only group leaders and Vlad Costea are permitted to upload them. Please share with your group leaders all documentation. We are building a central visual record while respecting safety and data protocols. Before sending to your group leader, please try to use this standardised form of saving files if it belongs to a PV technique:

S#_M##-SERIAL#-TECHNIQUE-#.#-#

    S# is String number 1 and if available 2

    M## is the Module number starting with 01 from the position of the inverter

    SERIAL# replace with serial number only of the module

    TECHNIQUE

      # is for a running number for same conceptual capture
